are terms &
conditions for the
All-inclusive website
package for bands and
music orientated
communities
You
must agree to these terms
& conditions if you
want to order the
service
After one year you must
pay £20/$35
to keep your website and
everything else in this
package. This is for
ongoing server space and
maintenance.
Cancelling the service
–
You may cancel the
service at any time. The
charge you pay when you
start this service
entitles you to exactly
one year of every feature
listed above. If you
cancel you will lose
everything (although
yourbandname.com/net/co.uk
and your e-mail addresses
will be kept if you
transfer it – see
below). 
Everything on the website
will be deleted. Please
see below for the
complications in
cancelling your service
within the first two
years.
 Cancelling
Implications
–
The domain is registered
for two years. If you
cancel your website
package within the first
two years you may have
the domain but you must
find a domain registrar
or a website host to
transfer it to. There
will be a charge for this
which varies by company
but on average it is
£10/$15. 
Once it is transferred to
another website host or
domain registrar it is
entirely your
responsibility and yours
to keep. If you do not
transfer it the domain
will be left to expire
(it will expire exactly
two years after you have
ordered this
package.  
IMPORTANT – You
will not be able to
receive any e-mails at
any address we set-up if
you do not transfer the
domain. Even if you do
transfer it, please check
with the company to see
if they have an e-mail
service included
otherwise you will still
not be able to receive
any
e-mails.
 Domain
Registration
–
yourbandname.com
is the
first choice when we
create your website, this
name may already be taken
by another person so we
will use yourbandname.net
as your second choice and
yourbandname.co.uk as
third choice. We will
contact you if the .com
is not available as you
may wish to change it to
yourbandnameMUSIC.com or
something
similar.
 Videos
– if you send VHS
Videos to us they must be
from the UK as we are
unable to convert videos
from the US. You are in
charge of all delivery
costs. We can return any
DVD’s or Videos if
you wish.
 Music
– if you do send
music CDs to us you are
in charge of all delivery
costs. We can return any
CDs if you
wish.  You will
need to sign an
Originality Form to
declare that the
recordings are of your
own including the music
and lyrics. Therefore we
will not host cover
songs.  A
similar agreement will
need to be filled out
online if you send us
MP3s. You retain all
rights to the music. Any
legal matters that arise
will need to be handled
by you.
 E-mails
– using your e-mail
address or mailing list
to excessively e-mail
people or
‘spam’ is
strictly prohibited and
your website service will
be stopped if we have
found you to be doing
this.  E-mails
are occasionally
monitored because of this
and website
security.
 Forum
– forums can
occasionally attract rude
and aggressive people who
harass and insult. You or
someone else should
moderate the forum and
use the tools provided
with the forum to ban
users. You should also
ensure that illegal
content and pornographic
material is not being
posted and you delete any
such material. We have
the power to take away
the forum if you do not
stop this from happening
or stop the
website
 Advertising
– Although there is
no advertising there is a
small non-obtrusive link
to our website at the
very bottom of your
website.
 Turnaround
and Payment –
We do not handle or have
access to any of your
personal and bank details
when you pay
online.  PayPal
is fast, free and secure.
It takes a week and a
half to have the main
website live, e-mail
addresses plus
yourbandname.com/net/co.uk.
It may take extra time to
develop your forum, MP3s,
editable pages and
videos.
 
CHANGE OF TERMS &
CONDITIONS
By law,
if we change these terms
& conditions then we
will notify all our
customers. They will have
30 days to accept the new
terms before they come
into full
effect.

conditions have been last
changed is displayed
